Finance Ministry ki haliya notification ke mutabiq, sarkar ne:
- Petrol par excise duty mein ₹10 per litre ki kami ki hai.
- Diesel par bhi ₹10 per litre ki excise duty ghata di gayi hai.
Is faisle ke baad petrol par excise duty ab sirf ₹3 per litre reh gayi hai, wahi diesel par ise ghata kar ‘Nil’ (Zero) kar diya gaya hai.
