How to Download CTET Answer Key & OMR Sheet

Candidates can follow these steps to access their documents:

  1. Visit the Official Portal: Go to ctet.nic.in.
  2. Find the Link: Look for the link titled “View/Challenge Answer Key – CTET Feb 2026” under the Candidate Activity section.
  3. Login: Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth.
  4. Download: Once logged in, you can view and download the PDF of the Paper 1/Paper 2 answer keys and your scanned OMR sheet.

How to Challenge the Answer Key

If you find any discrepancy in the provisional answers, you can raise an objection through the official portal:

  • Deadline: The challenge window is open until March 15, 2026 (11:59 PM).
  • Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹1,000 per question is required.
  • Process: Select the question, provide the correct option according to your supporting evidence (NCERT books are recommended), and pay the fee online.

Note: If the challenge is accepted by the subject experts, the fee will be refunded to the candidate’s account.


Passing Marks & Validity

To qualify for the CTET certificate, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • General Category: 60% (90 out of 150 marks).
  • Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD): 55% (82 out of 150 marks).

The CTET Certificate is now valid for a lifetime, making it a permanent eligibility credential for teaching positions in KVS, NVS, and other central/state government schools.
